Executive Coaching

Strong Consulting provides individual coaching to executives with high potential. The emphasis of our coaching efforts tends to fall into three general areas. These areas include

  1. Optimizing an individual’s ability to define, align and implement organizational strategy
  2. Developing an individual’s self awareness and leadership skill sets to be better equipped to achieve business goals
  3. Support needs identified in performance and/or succession plans to either improve performance or prepare for future opportunities


All efforts are tailored to meet the needs of both the organization and the individual being coached. The process includes:abstract image of a woman dancing

  1. A discussion to identify development needs and the culture within which the individual is working
  2. Creation of a development plan based on the executive’s own input, appropriate assessment tools, and/or discussions with key stakeholders
  3. Individual coaching sessions using a variety of tools and techniques
  4. Feedback updates with the individual and his / her manager to review progress and identify targeted focus areas.
