We continue to be fascinated by the opportunities presented when workgroups and teams learn how to manage conflict and build collaboration. Using a variety of newly added tools, assessments and coaching practices, we continue to enjoy much success in helping organizations streamline communication.

Conflict. As a master trainer of the Conflict Dynamics Profile®, Sue is qualified to use this tool in her work and also to train other trainers.  Her experience with the tool and in the field of conflict management was cited recently in the newly published book, Developing Your Conflict Competence by Craig E. Runde & Tim A. Flanagan (2010, John Wiley & Sons)

Global. Our international work continues to flourish allowing us to offer our clients insights into strategic effectiveness around the world.  

We have had the privilege of coaching numerous international clients, most notably from India, China, Korea, Russia, Australia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, France and, of course, the United States.


Webinars. Strong Consulting is continuously looking at new ways to offer learning opportunities.  In 2010 we will continue to expand our Webinars….beginning with a series devoted to developing personal leadership skills and career management capability.
