Susan J. Strong, President
Susan J. Strong is the founder of Strong Consulting, a management and organization development consulting firm located in Morristown, New Jersey. Sue is known for her ability to help organizations achieve results by developing talent, and building the business partnerships and goal alignment necessary to realize success. She is also known for her creativity and her concern for human beings at work.

Sue’s work has been both domestic and international in scope and includes assignments in Europe, Latin America and China. Sue has partnered on projects with the London Business School, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal for her perspective on the ever-changing business world. She has over 25 years experience in the field of human resource development with experience as a consultant, facilitator/coach, trainer and speaker.

Judy Schwartz. Business Manager

Judy comes to us with years of experience in running all aspects of a small business. Having worked both in professional service and retail industries, Judy is a "people person" with finely tuned organizational and management skills. She holds a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Massachusetts and, in today's global business world, we are happy to add that Judy is conversational in Spanish.

Judy will be working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. She will also be readily available to you, our customers, to assist you with any questions or needs you may have.

Dan Kowalski

Dan specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, team building and conflict resolution. He has over twenty-five years of diverse business experience with most of his work occurring in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. Dan utilizes state-of-the-art tools, techniques and methodologies to guide individuals in implementing successful decisions, behaviors and actions. He holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.

Terry Kersey

Terry is a training and organization effectiveness consultant with significant global experience in training strategy, design and delivery. She specializes in organization development, process improvement facilitation, teambuilding, and executive coaching. Terry has played key roles in merger and acquisition integrations. She is particularly effective at resolving root cause issues within the context of the broader business perspective. Terry previously held senior level training and development positions with JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, AT&T Capital, Tupperware and Travelers Insurance.
