I have been in the field of human development for over 30 years.
My work has consistently focused on helping people to find satisfaction in work so that they might bring their unique selves to that work.
I have focused on helping people find the opportunities that best suit them and allow them to capitalize on their natural values, interests, strengths and abilities.
In addition, I have always seen work as an essential component of life. The integration of the true self into one's career choice is essential.
The ability to have this kind of life / work focus is critical when we are working with others who bring their unique selves to intersect with ours. The result is either unhelpful conflict or, unmatched innovation.
